If you receive this message it means that the email address you inputted for the driver is associated with another account within the Haulynx network. It could be from either an exisiting account within your company or another company within in the Haulynx network. If a driver worked for another company with our ELD, the driver should not use their previous login because the account belongs to the previous company.
Another email needs to be created for that driver in order to create the account. We cannot transfer email address from one account to the other.
