How to Send Logs to the DOT through the Haulynx Mobile App
The following article will show how to send logs to the DOT through the mobile app.
First Step: Within the Haulynx Mobile App, select the "Inspection" option from the bottom navigation menu.
Second Step: The Inspection screen will provide different options to meet potential DOT inspection requirements, including:
- Displaying a printout of logs for the previous 8 days
- Sending logs via web service to the DOT using a routing code
- Sending logs to the DOT using an email address
- Display current Driver Vehicle Inspection Report
This example will send driver logs via web service using a routing code. Tap "Send Logs" in the Send Logs via Web Service section to continue.
Final Step: *A message will alert you if you have any uncertified logs within the previous 8 days and allow you to certify those days before sending the logs*
Enter the code provided by the DOT officer in the Routing Code box and tap on Send. After tapping on send, the officer will receive a detailed report of the previous 8 days of your logs.
